BALTA Collaborator, Pat Conaty’s, Recent Speaking Tour in Korea

UK-based BALTA collaborator, Pat Conaty, recently completed a very successful speaking tour in Seoul, Korea, focusing particularly on co-operative place-making and the benefits of community land trusts (CLTs) for affordable housing. His visit was hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, which under a new mayor is pushing various positive initiatives including a commitment to new social housing using the CLT model , and Tabi Publishing, which has published the Korean edition of The Resilience Imperative: Co-operative Transitions to a Steady-State Economy.
